Hi, I’m Fred, founder of Fred X Fitness. I’m really glad you’re here, and I’d like to share a bit about who I am and why I do this. My Story: I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2017. Over the years, I’ve worked with all kinds of people. From beginners just finding their footing, to parents trying to balance family life with getting healthy again. As a parent myself, I know how hard it can be to make yourself a priority when life gets busy. I started out training one-on-one, then went on to manage a successful HIIT studio and lead group training programs. I watched clients achieve incredible results, losing 10, 20, even 30 pounds through consistency and accountability. But I also noticed a problem... Most people weren’t struggling because they lacked effort... They were struggling because their support ended too soon. That’s what inspired me to create Fred X Fitness, a coaching experience designed to help busy parents take back control of their health and finally follow through on the goals they’ve started so many times before. My Approach: At FXF, my focus is simple: meet you where you are, build a plan that fits your life, and keep you supported until you reach your goal.
